This is a good list of free world web directories and free UK web directories . There are literally thousands of free web directories on the internet but most of them are not worth the hassle, unless you’re looking at niche specific or regional directories. In fact, I suggest submitting your site to directories with a homepage PR of at least 4. If you have more time on your hands or the budget to do so, you can also target PR3 directories, however I would start with the bigger and more established free directories, such as these ones here: Free Web Directories and Free UK Web Directories

How to Get Your Videos Noticed?

Surely, most internet users today have noticed that video sharing is one of the latest trends in online internet marketing. Video sharing can be done via such online media giants as YouTube or Meta Cafe to name a few. The popularity of videos have become so prominent that Google now also features videos in their natural search result pages. It is definitely wise to use videos to promote your website and your business. You may get better results with video marketing than with traditional content marketing.

Take the following 3 steps to enhance your online video marketing

Choose Your Keywords

Use Google’s Keyword Tool to find the right keywords that will attract targeted traffic. You should use these keywords or keyword phrase in your video title and also in your video description.

Observe Your Competition

Go to other successful videos to see what they are doing to succeed. Study the content of the video, as well as, the title and description.

Share Your Videos

Most video sharing sites allow you to share your video with other users. On YouTube, you can submit your video in a response to other videos. Do this for a number of successful videos and utilise their exposure level.
